Over several years the occurrence of my anxiety symptoms was just before social outings i.e. visits to restaurants and friends homes, and in many cases having friends or neighbours to your home for the %LINK% meal. On some occasions I had no ill-effect until actually seated you can eat. Then "wham' came the anxiety reaction. On other occasions anxiety symptoms came on more slowly per day or higher ahead of the event.
Anxiety can be a normal opportinity for the body to warn you about danger. The problem is in just how some peoples anxious feelings turned into a serious issue. Panic and anxiety disorders could be triggered by a frightening experience or perhaps an on-going stressful situation. Some people that are suffering will also gain anxious by simply thinking of feeling anxious.
